Identification – ID’s:

• Valid Voter ID Card – Blue
• Valid Drivers License (DL)
• Valid Join – FNPF/FRCS Card or TIN Letter
• Valid Passport or any other relative ID document if required

Employees:

• Most recent 1-2 Payslips & 3 months Bank, Loan statements
• Employment letter if a new customer
• Any utility bill reflecting current residential address only if address on DL & Voter ID card differs

Self-Employed/Small, Micro, Medium Business:

• Recent 3-6months Bank, Loan statements, 2 years Financial Accounts Tax returns
• Valid business registration & Particulars of ownership
• Supplementary documents or information if required

Special Conditions for Vision Finance:

• Guarantor/s or supplementary collateral may be required subject to approval conditions
• Existing VIL – Vision Finance or courts privilege Gold, Platinum or Vision Premium Credit Card Customers with a Good credit rating history may be exempted from some if not all of the above requirements
